Education/Background: Ms. Rosenberg is a 2000 cum laude graduate of Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois where she also received a certificate in health law and served on the Journal of International Law. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in 1997, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Brandeis University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Prior to joining the firm in 2001, Ms. Rosenberg practiced healthcare law on an exclusive basis for a large Chicago law firm. Ms. Rosenberg's practice has focused primarily on healthcare fraud, abuse and compliance; provider reimbursement; provider licensure and Medicare/Medicaid participation; and contractual issues, especially physician employment contracting.

Ms. Rosenberg is licensed to practice in Louisiana, Illinois and Pennsylvania and is a member of the American Bar Association and the American Health Lawyers Association. She taught Introduction to Health Law as an adjunct professor at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and frequently lectures to residents and fellows on employment contracting and joining a physician practice.  Her publications include: "Imaging Ventures: A Legal Primer," Health Care Law Monthly, February 2001, p . 3.
