Education/Background: Ms. Monceaux joined Sullivan, Stolier & Resor after obtaining a Juris Doctor from Tulane Law School and a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine in 2007.  Upon graduation, Ms. Monceaux was presented with the Health Systems Management Alumni Award for Leadership.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Monceaux earned her Bachelor of Science, cum laude, from Louisiana State University. 

In 2008, Ms. Monceaux joined the faculty of the Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine as an Adjunct Assistant Professor.  She currently teaches Health Law and Regulation to graduate students in the Department of Health Systems Management.

Ms. Monceaux is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the New Orleans Bar Association, the American Bar Association and its health law section, as well as the American Health Lawyers Association.
